Privacy notice.

When you send an enquiry or machine report, ROBOT RETAIL (ABN 49 706 873 388) collects the information you provide so we can respond, investigate the issue and identify the relevant transaction.

What we collect

This can include your name, email address, phone number, enquiry, machine location, incident date and time, optional payment amount and last four card digits, and the photos and video you choose to attach. Please don’t send full card numbers, PINs or security codes.

How it is used

Submissions are sent to support@robotretail.com.au. Our support team and the hosting and email services used to run this website process this information to handle your request. Your form details are not used to sign you up to marketing.

Files, cookies and technical information

Photos are attached to your support email and removed from temporary website storage after processing. Videos are stored privately on our hosting account, outside the public website. Our support team receives an unguessable download link that expires after 30 days. Anyone with that link can access the video until it expires, so the link should be kept private. Expired videos are removed during subsequent report processing or when an expired link is opened. A necessary session cookie helps protect form submissions. Your light or dark display preference is saved in your browser so it stays consistent when you return. Hosting services may record standard access and security logs, including IP addresses. The website does not add advertising trackers.

Keeping and accessing your details

Support correspondence may remain in our support mailbox while we handle your request and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. You can ask us about access, corrections or deletion by emailing support@robotretail.com.au.

Directions open Google Maps. Those services apply their own privacy policies when you visit them.
